CodexMoney ("AI JOB RESUME", operated by i-Tech Computers) collects information you provide directly through our application forms:
- Account Details: Name, email address, phone number, and location details.
- Career Content: Raw job history, education details, skills, certifications, and project notes.
- Images: Profile photos provided voluntarily for resume header integration.
2. How Data Is Processed
Your resume inputs are securely processed using Firebase Authentication and Google Gemini AI engines strictly for generating executive summaries, STAR formatting, and cover letter PDFs.
Uploaded profile images are temporarily processed for background optimizations and are deleted immediately upon rendering your final document.
3. Third-Party Services
We utilize trusted infrastructure providers to run our service securely:
- Firebase (Google Cloud): User authentication & cloud Firestore document backups.
- RevenueCat & Google Play Billing: In-app entitlement verification and subscription handling.
- Google Gemini API: Natural language processing for resume content enhancement.
